For doctoral students who started their education in the academic year 2025/26 and earlier:

• 11/08/2026 (20:01) – 28/08/2026 (23:59)

For doctoral students who will start their education in the academic year 2026/27:

• 25/09/2026 (20:01) – 05/10/2026 (23:59)
