“Doctoral Schools are our Future! – Popularizing knowledge about the doctoral education system”

5 April will be the next online practical workshop for students interested in doctoral school education, graduates and doctoral students organized within the framework of the project “Doctoral Schools are our Future! – Popularizing knowledge about the doctoral education system”.

They will be aimed at equipping participants with:
– knowledge of the offer of grant competitions for doctoral students,
– competence in the preparation of a grant application and cost estimate.
Discussion and opportunity to ask questions will be provided during the workshop.

The workshop will be conducted by:
Monika Wilanowska, M. Sc. – Ph.D. student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences, University of Lodz. Author of many publications and manager of a scientific project. Chairwoman of the University Council of the Doctoral Student Self-Government and Second Deputy Ombudsman of the Polish Association of Doctoral Candidates. Trainer. Coordinator of the project Doctoral Schools are our Future and Legal Coordinator of the project Enabled in Science.
Michał Gzik, M. Sc. – Ph.D. student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences. Author of papers on sub-national cooperation of the European Union with China at international and national conferences. His research focuses on the multi-leveled relations between Central and Eastern Europe and China. Winner of the “Scientific Debut 2019 – Sustainable Development” competition. Laureate of the National Science Centre’s research grant in the PRELUDIUM 20 contest. He is also implementing a project granted by the Faculty of International and Political Studies.
