Due to the upcoming registration for classes in the summer semester 2024/25, we are providing information that will help you find out what is on offer.
The offer is generally intended for doctoral students who started their education in 2023. If you do not belong to this group and you had individual consent to transfer the subject to another year or another non-standard situation occurred, please contact the SDNH office individually.
All doctoral students studying according to the new program (from 2023), regardless of the chosen discipline, have the opportunity to enroll in classes offered for all disciplines. In the summer semester 2024/25, this offer includes:
- Interdisciplinary seminars for a second year and above
- Designing and planning research / preparing IRP, grant acquisition and management for a first year PhD’s
- Methodological course for everyone
- Ethical challenges in humanities research for a second year and above
- Digital humanities for everyone
- Academic Writing for everyone
In addition to classes for all disciplines, there will also be open registration for individual disciplines. Only doctoral students pursuing education within a given discipline will be eligible for registration.
