We are providing information about a Call for Papers to the International Graduate Conference

On behalf of the organizing committee, we invite  you to take part in the Call for Papers for the upcoming International PhD Conference in Germanic and Slavic Studies, which will take place in Rome on June 10–11, 2025.

The conference is organized by PhD candidates from the Germanic and Slavic Studies program, a joint initiative of Sapienza University of Rome and Charles University in Prague. The conference is held under the auspices of AIG – Associazione Italiana di Germanistica, AIS – Associazione Italiana degli Slavisti and AIP Associazione Italiana Polonisti.

The organising committee welcomes contributions from PhD students currently enrolled in a doctoral programme, as well as research doctors who obtained their degree no more than three years ago. Addressable research areas are the following: literary studies, linguistics, philology, ethnoanthropological studies, visual arts, education, cultural studies and history. Proposals must be rooted in Germanic and/or Slavic Studies.
