Invitation to a debate on the 25th anniversary of the BUW building

We warmly invite you to a debate organized by the University of Warsaw Library to celebrate the 25th anniversary of its building in Powiśle:

The debate, titled “BUW – the library that changed everything?”, will bring together speakers representing various generations of the UW academic community: students, doctoral candidates, librarians, researchers, and university authorities.

The conversation will explore BUW’s role as a space for study, research, cultural exchange, and daily academic life — and how that role has changed over time.

We’re pleased to share that the Doctoral School of Humanities and the UW Doctoral Student Union will be represented by Justyna Jaworska, Chair of the DSH Doctoral Students’Council.
