For doctoral students who started their education in the academic year 2024/25 and earlier:

• 21/08/2025 (20:01) – 04/09/2025 (23:59)

For doctoral students who will start their education in the academic year 2025/26:

• 25/09/2025 (20:01) – 05/10/2025 (23:59)
