We invite you to take part in the “Academic Information Saturday” event organized by the Department of Foreigners of the Mazovian Voivodeship Office.

The event will take place at October 25th, 2025.

The event is addressed to all foreigners undertaking study on the territory of Poland both in full-time mode as well as part-time students and to foreigners conducting research. Foreigners will be able to submit an application for a temporary residence permit and receive a stamp in their passport, after prior registration and obtaining an appointment date. Foreigners will be able to collect their residence card after obtaining an appointment date.

You will be able to apply by submitting your application in advance via the application form, which will be made available by 14 October 2025.
