CLARIN-PL contest for the best research work

We would like to invite you to find out more about the contest for the best research in the humanities and social sciences.
The contest is open to doctoral students and researchers who obtained their doctoral degree no more than five years prior to the submission deadline. The contest aims to raise public awareness of the potential applications of digital humanities in research, as well as to promote language engineering solutions within the academic community. Three prizes will be awarded:
- First prize: PLN 5,000 gross
- Second prize: PLN 3,000 gross
- Third prize: PLN 1,000 gross
Unrealised or partially realised research projects using the CLARIN-PL infrastructure may be submitted to the contest. Projects may be carried out by more than one researcher (i.e. they may be team projects), but the prize is awarded to the applicant only. Applicants must not be employed in a full-time position financed by the CLARIN-PL consortium.

The results of the competition will be announced by 4 December 2025.
