The SDNH community integration event

Dear All,

Thank you very much for your numerous responses to our survey about the date of the SDNH community integration event!

Based on your feedback, we are pleased to announce that the event will take place on Friday, November 14, at 5:00 PM.

Venue: Institute of Polish Culture, Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, 00-927 Warsaw
The English-language meeting will take place in Room 7, and the Polish-language meeting in Room 9 – both located on the right side of the 1st floor.

Refreshments will be available in three options: meat, vegetarian, and vegan, so that everyone can find something suitable.

After the workshop and refreshments, we invite you to continue the evening together at Retrospekcja (Bednarska 28/30, 00-321 Warsaw).

Event schedule:
5:00 PM – Workshop in Polish and English  – focused on who doctoral candidates are and what opportunities they can benefit from during their education at the University of Warsaw. The meeting is especially dedicated to newcomers, but senior doctoral candidates are also very welcome!
6:30 PM – Refreshments  – an opportunity for informal conversations and getting to know one another.
7:00 PM – Evening outing  – a relaxed conclusion to the day in a friendly atmosphere.

You are welcome to join the event at any stage – feel free to attend whenever it is most convenient for you.

We would also like to remind you that throughout November, the SDNH Doctoral Council will be holding office hours during which every SDNH community member can collect a unique SDNH tote bag, designed by the Doctoral Council. These meetings are also a great opportunity to ask questions, share thoughts, and discuss doctoral life – we warmly invite you to join!
