Winter School on Citizen Participation and Deliberative Democracy | Paris – February 9-13, 2026

The University of Geneva, the University of Milan, and Paris-Panthéon-Assas University are pleased to announce the Winter School on Citizen Participation and Deliberative Democracy, which will take place in Paris from February 9 to 13, 2026.

This intensive program brings together PhD and advanced MA students interested in topics such as citizen participation, deliberative democracy, and public engagement. The Winter School offers a unique opportunity to discuss cutting-edge research, exchange perspectives, and network with peers and leading scholars from across Europe.

We are currently inviting applications from students within the 4EU+ Alliance who are pursuing studies in sociology, political science, or related disciplines. A total of 12 participants will be selected.

Please note that no funding is available to cover travel and accommodation expenses. If your home university can support these costs, this would be highly appreciated.
