Ranking lists – Stage II

Recruitment Coordinator publishes the results of the 2st stage of the qualification proceedings to the Doctoral School of Humanities for the academic year 2026/2027:

Candidates who have been recommended for admission are required to submit the documents listed below to the School’s secretariat (BUW building, room 0.108, 56/66 Dobra Street, 00-312 Warsaw). Documents may be submitted from 23 July to 22 September 2026.

Please book an appointment at the School’s administration office via Google Calendar (subject: admission to SDNH): LINK. During your visit, you must present a photo ID (identity card or passport).

In addition, please prepare the following before your visit to the School:
– your identity card or passport number to complete the ZUS ZUA form at the secretariat; your identity card or passport;
– details of the name and address of your tax office, the name of your bank and your Polish bank account number;
– details of your health insurance cover and the basis for this cover (e.g. employment, cover through a family member) and the relevant branch of the National Health Fund (NFZ).

List of documents required for enrolment on the list of PhD students:
– the original of the document entitling the student to undertake studies at the School (e.g. a degree certificate);
– additional certificates – if you are receiving health-related benefits (e.g. disability allowance, disability pension, old-age pension, etc.);
– printed and signed documents generated from your IRK account (‘Admissions applications’ -> ‘Documents and next steps’):

  1. Declaration on the processing of personal data for educational purposes;
  2. Declaration on the choice of doctoral school and discipline;
  3. Declaration regarding the scholarship;
  4. Application for admission to the School;
  5. Declaration regarding the ORCID number.

 

DORMITORY

Applicants interested in securing a place in dormitory should submit the required documents as soon as possible (till 6.08.2026). Those enrolled on the doctoral student register may apply for a place between 3 and 19 August 2026.
